Our Fees

 With You is committed to balancing public accessibility and being a viable service long-term.

While each practice sets its own fees, the Australian Psychological Society (APS) recommends $300 per 50-minute appointment; however, we are trying hard to work within our means and utilise platforms that increase efficiency in order to charge below this at this time. With You retains the right to review these fees and will always communicate with clients about any upcoming fee changes in a timely manner. 

Please note that all payments are required prior to the time of consultation (unless a NDIS plan-managed participant). Please consider arriving 5 minutes early.

Please note: we are not able to offer bulk-billing services. Direct Deposit payments can only be accepted by third-parties at this time.

Psychology

  • 50-minute appointments (Incl. 10 mins indirect tasks)

    Full Registration $220 (NDIS Plan Managed $214.41)

    Provisional Registration $110 (NDIS Plan Managed $156.16)

    25-minute appointments (Incl. 5 mins indirect tasks)

    Note: To secure your initial appointment, upfront payment is required, with the exception for those who are NDIS Plan Managed.

    Ongoing, we required payment details to be stored securely (using the Stripe platform that meets national storage legislation) in order for us to process payments in the event of Telehealth appointments, late cancellation fees, or if it is the client’s choice. You will always be informed prior to payment being processed. Please note, we can not accept direct deposit payments.

  • Please note that outside of hours appointments (commencing before 9am, and after 4.30pm, as well as Saturdays) will attract an additional $10 fee.

  • To secure an initial appointment at With You, clients will be required to provide payment card details that are confidentially stored for the purpose of processing payments when the client is unable to attend the clinic. They will be notified via text message prior to this being processed.

  • We consider your appointment confirmed at the time of making your booking. We will send you a courtesy reminder text prior to your appointment.

    If less than 48 hours notice is given, a 50% late cancellation fee will be applied, and 100% if less than 24 hours notice, and further appointments are unable to be attended until this payment has been received. This is to ensure that the service remains viable given the unlikely ability to fill this spot at such late notice. This also ensures that we can provide appointments to as many people who require the service as possible.

    In the event that a client has missed 3 appointments, all future appointments will be cancelled, and instead booked on a session by session basis.

  • We understand that letters and reports etc may be requested. With You requires a minimum of two-weeks notice for such requests, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Timeframes will be communicated by the clinician depending on their availability and capacity to meet their ethical obligations. Please note there is a cost for these services, which will be determined based on the time needed to complete the service request. Your clinician will communicate with you before commencing and payment is required before the document is released.

    NDIS:

    Review reports require parent appointment to discuss progress towards goals before being completed. Payment for the report will be requested at the time of this appointment. Clinicians are not responsible for tracking your review dates, nor prompting such a report. In the event that insufficient time is given for the completion of a report, it is likely that addition fees will be necessary to cover the clinicians outside of hours time to complete. Clinicians also reserve the right to refuse to complete reports under a reduced timeframe.

  • A 25-minute intake appointment is required to participate in our group programs. These are booked online through the groups porthole at a fee of $130. Plan-Managed NDIS Clients can still book in online, and invoiced at the time of appointment.

    Full fee is required to secure your child’s position in the gorup.

    Two week group: $205

    Four week group: $410

    Six week group: $615

    Eight week group: $820

Speech and Language Pathology

  • 50-minute appointments with a Full Registration Speech and Language Pathologist $225
    (NDIS Plan Managed $193.99)

  • Time required to conduct comprehensive assessments vary between clients and are based upon areas of concern, your child’s age and reasonable expectations of attendance to assessment tasks.

    A written report will be generated for each assessment undertaken.

    As a guide, time required to complete assessment tasks may range from 2.5 hours – 4.5 hours, inclusive of time allowance for analysis and interpretation of the assessment and subsequent generation of report.
